Day 1... 114 pounds ish

Front.... Need to get rid of the gut. tone arms. tone obliques. THIGHS THIGHS THIGHS
This makes me want to puke. Lift your ass, and lose the preggo belly.

Easily the worst one. back fat, ew. nice flabby ass too. thighs and arms need major work.

today i had PT, then i did about 70 crunches and leg lifts and whatnot... i ate a lot today though. which sucks. tomorrow will be better.
